The Smethwick Heritage Centre & Community Hub.

Our museum and hub is open every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, between the hours of 10:30 am and 2:30 pm,  with free admission. Our museum is full of interesting items to see covering all aspects of Smethwick’s past.  All are welcome; tea, coffee soup and toast are available in the Hub.

Our Silver Surfers Club offers help & assistance to anyone needing a hand with modern day technology, be it finding their way around the internet or any other issues where unbiased help is needed or wanted. This also includes our popular Family History Workshops.

You will receive a warm welcome every time you visit.

  • You will be able to join in a range of free activities, if you wish
  • We will not tell anyone about your need for a Welcoming Space, but we are here to listen to any of your concerns
  • We will put you in touch with other services that can help, if you wish
